today was good too

I think I take my friends for granted.
Every night I come home, log on, and wait for somebody online to message me before I reply and subsequently have a conversation.
It's almost like I expect somebody to message me so that I can chat online.

Tonight, I come home, and for the first time in my life since I can remember, THERE IS NOT A SINGLE PERSON ON MY MSN AND ICQ WHO IS ONLINE!!!

So I guess there's just my blog here for me to type away at.

I had this theory a long time ago that money was the Devil because it seems to be able to have a hold on people.
The most most gracious people are the poorest people, who take joy in the simplest things in life, and the richest of the rich, to whom money is the lest of their worries.

As I was telling Lionel, I met this amazing couple from Bombay this evening at work.
I'd classify them the richest of the rich.
And they carry themselves impeccably.
Both spoke slowly in such low, calm voices that it has the effect of connecting you to em and make you have the urge to want to sit down and talk to then for the rest of the day.
All kinds of people do exist huh.
(Remind me to bitch about the bad ones.)

Met Lionel after work where we broke into a cinema and pocketed a few useful pieces of paper.
Not-so-bright screen schedulers confused us...
But it was all good anyway :D

And then we had Prata.
What a perfect way to end the day.

3 more days......
:D
